Ms. Judy Ye is the Managing Partner of YiMei Capital.
Judy has more than 20 years of global investment experiences in venture capital and private equity investments ranging from primary fund commitments, direct investments to M&A activities that span across US, Europe, and Asia, particularly in China. With the leadership of Judy, YiMei Capital team has built up long-term good relationship with local leading GPs in a decade time, which including: Angel Fund, Venture Capital Fund, Buyout Fund, Mezzanine Fund, Special Opportunity Fund, Real Estate Fund and Art Fund etc.
Meanwhile, Judy is the co-founder and managing partner of NE Social Impact Fund (NE), a dedicated impact investing fund jointly established by YiMei and NPI, China’s largest non-profit incubator. Judy and her team are keen to assist public welfare programs and make positive contribution to the society. By investing into new business models and social enterprises, NE aims to provide capital and know-how to such enterprises while generating long-term investment returns which meet both social impact metrics as well as financial benchmarks.
Judy serves as a board member of Shanghai Charity Foundation and United Way China, and also president of the Wharton Club of Shanghai Board.
Prior to joining YiMei Capital, Judy served as Director of Strategic Investments at Hewlett‐Packard Company. In her earlier career, Judy worked as M&A project manager at PepsiCo, New York.
Judy holds an MBA degree from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in International Economics from Peking University.
Henry HU

Henry Hu is the Partner of YiMei Capital and responsible for all aspects of fund investment and business development.
Henry has many years of management consulting and entrepreneurship experience, with deep knowledge in enterprise management, operation and governance.
Prior to YiMei Capital Management, Henry worked as Director in Accenture China and PwC US, where he developed deep understanding of world leading corporations' business and operating model. He helped these clients with strategic transformation and operation optimization services to improve their competitive advantages.
Henry developed domain knowledge and personal network in TMT, Energy, Consumer and Financial Industries. His clients includes: Citibank, P&G, Unilever, Lucent, China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom, PetroChina, Sinopec and CNOOC.
Henry has also founded a start-up technology company which was funded by a famous VC in Shanghai. Four years entrepreneurship experience gave Henry very solid training in starting up company, including team building, fund raising, operation & governance, product development, sales & marketing.
Henry Hu holds a Master Degree of Computer Science from Columbia University and a BS in Physics from Peking University.
Jeff HONG
Partner
Jeff is the Partner of YiMei Capital and is responsible for business development, fundraising and sourcing, evaluating and executing fund and direct opportunities.
Jeff has been with YiMei Capital since 2011. As one of the founding members of the team, Jeff has been deeply involved in fundraising, investment and management activities.
Jeff holds an MSc in Engineering and an MSc in Finance from Durham University, and a bachelor's degree from Fudan University.
Sitong YOU
Partner
Sitong has 20 years health-care related work experiences, including more than 10 years investment experiences in health-care equity market. He holds a Master Degree of Pharmacy from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, and an MBA from Tsinghua University.
Sitong has 20 years of experiences in the healthcare industry, spanning consulting, pharmaceuticals, and venture capital. He held partner positions in multiple direct health-care investment funds, during this period, he has completed investments in over 50 health-care companies, covering areas such as biotech, MedTech, diagnostics, and services.
Nancy WENG
Operation Partner
Nancy is responsible for HR, Admin and operation management.
Nancy has over 20 years' experiences in operation management. Prior to joining Yimei Capital, Nancy worked at China Hewlett-Packard as resource manager responsible for resource management, performance appraisal and motivation. Before that, she was the executive assistant to Chairman at Mettler-Toledo Instruments
Nancy holds a MBA degree from the University of Victoria, Canada, and a BS in industrial analysis from East China University of Science and Technology.
Steve HU

Steve brings his expertise in industrial and residential real estate, as well as sports and entertainment segment for potential expansion into industrial-sector strategies and real estate investment
Steve has more than 25 years’ of rich experience in real estate & sport, especially in areas of real estate development, investment, M&A, change management. He was a director at CirclePlusInvest, in charge of investment and post-investment management. He also served as corporate manager & board director at PTW Architects firm. He was primarily responsible for handling commercial and residential real estate development, and designing large international EPC projects with many prominent public works. Steve was the vice president of CCDI group, general manager at both of its Sports and Overseas division. He was in charge of oversea business development & strategy, international business management, international M&A and change management post M&A. Prior to that, Steve served as a design architect in a number of well-known architectural design firms, including Ellerbe Becket, KKE, MH.
Steve holds an MBA from Rotman business school, University of Toronto. He received his Master of Architecture degree from University of Minnesota, and his bachelor of Architecture degree from Tsinghua University.
Christopher WRIGHT
Chairman
Mr. Wright is Chairman of the Advisory Board at YiMei Capital. He is an experienced institutional investor in alternative assets in developed and emerging markets, board member of companies, public and private, in the USA, Europe and Asia, and family office executive.
Mr. Wright has been a director of Merifin Capital NV, a private European family owned investment firm since 1987. Until mid-2003, he also served as Head of Global Private Equity of Dresdner Kleinwort Capital and was a Group Board Member of Dresdner Kleinwort based in NYC, London and Frankfurt having joined Kleinwort Benson in 1978. He served as Chairman of various investment funds prior to and following the latter's integration with Allianz SE. He was Acting Global Head of Private Equity and Infrastructure Investments at Standard Bank Ltd of South Africa from 2005-6.
He was until 2014 non-executive Chairman of Maxcess International Corporation (a US based industrial controls business), and a founding board member of IDOX Plc (AIM), a leader in e-government software in the UK. He is co-founder and member of the executive committee of Roper Technologies Inc (NYSE listed, S+P 500, a Florida based large-cap diversified software, medtech and technology instrumentation company) whose audit committee he also chars. He served until 2005 on the board of Genaissance Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ). He is Chairman of the Fine Art Group Ltd in London, a specialist art investment, advisory and credit products platform. He is a director of Asset Metrix GmbH and insticube GmbH, both B2B software companies in Munich.
Mr. Wright is Emeritus Director of Campbell Lutyens @ Co. Ltd, a leading private equity and infrastructure focused investment banking firm based in London. He serves on the board of the UK charity, The Sutton Trust, and is an Advisory Director of the Scientific Exploration Society in the UK.
Mr. Wright has advised and/or sat on the boards of other institutions, including Hansa Capital LBG, CdB Webtech SgR,), Artio Global Investors Inc, Surya Capital LLP, GP Investimentos SA, and IDeA Alternative Investments SpA.
Mr. Wright was educated at Oxford University and holds a Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance from ACCA. He is Honorary Fellow, Corpus Christi College, Oxford and serves as a member of its Endowment Investment Committee.
Barry Gonder, CFA

Barry brings decades of rich investment experiences to the YiMei team. Before joining YiMei as an Advisor, Barry was the Managing Partner at GroveStreet, where he still serves as Senior Advisor. Prior to GroveStreet, Barry was the Senior Investment Officer of CalPERS’ Alternative Investment Management Program, where he oversaw the development of the program from $1.4 billion to $9 billion invested and led investments in the holding companies of global private equity groups such as The Carlyle Group. Previously, Barry managed private equity investments at the Travelers Group and at Connecticut Mutual (Mass Mutual). Barry served as Senior Investment Officer responsible for Alternative Investments and Private Equity placements where he undertook direct private equity, mezzanine debt and partnership transactions. Earlier, Barry worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Barry received his MBA from University of North Carolina and BA, Economics from Vassar College.
Peter LILLEY

The Rt. Hon the Lord Lilley is a British Conservative Party politician who joined the House of Lords in June 2018. Previously, he was a Member of Parliament from 1983 to 2017. He was a Cabinet Minister in the governments of Margaret Thatcher and John Major, and served as Secretary of State for Social Security, Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, and Financial Secretary.
Lord Lilley also served as a non-executive Director on boards of several firms, including Tethys Petroleum Ltd., Melchior Japan Investment Trust PLC, Idox PLC and J P Morgan Cloverhouse Investment Trust.
Nicholas A. MORRISS

Mr. Morriss has spent over 20 years in private equity. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse, London. Having spent five years as an investment banker in the UK, he became a partner with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) heading up the privatization and M&A groups. Moving to the US with PwC in 1992, he was a senior partner in M&A. After leaving in 1997, he co-founded an international advisory firm focusing on the emerging markets and in 2007, he co-founded EMAlternatives, a fund-of-funds manager focusing on emerging markets, including investments in China. While remaining a partner with EMA, he became a Senior Investment Partner with Global Environment Fund in Washington DC. Currently, he is also an Adviser to AfricInvest, a pan-African private equity firm.
Mr. Morriss has been Treasurer and a member of the Board of The Margaret Thatcher Foundation since 1997. He earned a BA from the University of York (England) and became a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Emmeram von Braun has more than 25 years of institutional investment experience in the field of private equity.
Emmeram is Co-Founder of von Braun & Schreiber Private Equity Partners, one of the leading institutional German private equity fund-of-funds managers. He gained over nine years of experience in institutional asset management at Allianz, including the development of an entry strategy and the launch of the private equity asset class.
Emmeram von Braun holds an MBA from Duke University (USA) and an AB in Economics from Dartmouth College (USA).
